Knowing our input leads to real action would help services stay accessible and high-quality."

Host weekly exchange moments where citizens can meet and engage with people working in various fields that are relevant to shaping our quality of life (eg police, garbage collectors, mailman) to ensure respect for these people and also to ensure that they know about citizen's expectations and needs (to improve the services they provide)
